This talk looks at the problem of changing your organization over to Agile software development. The speaker will give advice on how to go about introducing the ideas and which practice(s) to focus on first.

Allan Kelly served his apprenticeship developing software for financial, communication and utility systems. He is now a consultant and interim manager who specialises in advising and helping the most challenged development teams deliver and improve.
